Hot metal

I decided to try to survive (briefly) the incredible heat and try to take some photos of all of the flowers which are blooming in our back yard. However, the flowers weren't cooperating. Deciding to give up on my idea, I passed some strange object that Mr. Peanutbutter had brought out of the the garage to work on. I never know what kind of old or abstract tool he's going to bring home, but I can say they're always intriguing - even if I have no idea what it's purpose is.

I really liked the look of this tool and snapped some photos. Below are my artsy-photo attempts.....What do ya think?

Floor work

No more craft lab for a while. It's back to the grunt work of pulling up linoleum tile, staples and tar paper. Ugh.
Above photo: In the corner is the linoleum that I'm pulling up - 2 layers, all kept in place with a billion staples and gooey adhesive. The entire dining room was covered. Back in the saddle

As promised, I am working hard to make sure I post daily.

Today I have been working in the craft lab to finish up a couple of projects for some clients, as well as gathering together pieces to take down to the new art & craft store Paste.

Better late than never

Yes folks....I apologize. I have been horrible with posting (or, lack there of) over the last month or so, but I will redeem myself!

I've been working so hard on getting up the linoleum tile in the dining room, that I just haven't had time to create or even snap a photo! I will post some photos of the labor-camp level of work I've been doing so you can understand why I've been away.......
