Victorian Shoes
During my recent 'Girls Only Weekend' in Atlanta I was able to see the new Sherlock Holmes film with Robert Downey, Jr. What a great movie! Not to mention the costumes and sets were amazing - very steampunk.
I now seem to have Victorian on the brain, and have been going through some of my vintage shoe ads. Here are a few that I've cleaned up a little bit.

I love the graphics. I'll take the Stage Favorite, please. They do look uncomfortable. That last one only goes up to size 8. Women must have had tiny feet.

What a great blog. The graphics are soooo nice! Had to laugh about the Victorian Shoes, even though they are wonderful. I just BOUGHT a pair of shoes that look pretty much like the Wing Tip Oxford. The heel on the 2010 version is a little higher and not so chunky, but otherwise it's the same.
